The brown leather equipment is synonymous with the Luftwaffe. Until 1941 Luftwaffe Belt for Luftwaffe Enlisted Men and NCOs were patterned slightly different than those of the Heer. They were also dyed in chocolate brown colour, and not a tan natural colour as the army Reichswehr carried.
Made from 4.5mm thick leather, these Luftwaffe brown belts carry the same original features: tapered inner tongue, rough side on the outside, smooth side on the inside, aluminium catch and beige linen stitching. You will need to choose a Luftwaffe belt buckle to finish it off
When selecting your waist size, keep in mind that it allows adjustments to be worn over a jacket and greatcoat. If you don't plan on wearing these over woolen items, you can choose a size one lower.
