Luftwaffe Flare Cartridge Leg Bandolier

Luftwaffe flare cartridge leg bandolier for carrying Leuchtpistole signal cartridges, based on an original example in our collection.

Made from blue-grey webbing, the bandolier has six individual cartridge loops and a metal buckle with a securing strap. It was designed to fasten around the leg, either above or below the knee, keeping flare pistol ammunition accessible in case of emergency. It was also adopted by some FJ units for communication.

Suitable for Luftwaffe aircrew impressions, flying-equipment displays, and reproduction collections.
